Any community College Students that freak and stress out a lot about transferring to a Univerisity?

I'm a community college student with high hopes of getting out of community college as soon as possible. i just graduated from high school this past june and wish to transfer into USC come fall 2007, entering as a college sophmore. Is it really normal to be so pensive about this matter? My gpa is approx. a 3.8 or 4.0 right now in college though I just began school so theres no way to accurately tell right now. I have a midterm in math come this tuesday and i'm stressing that i need to perform well since my last test in that class was a B. I'm a full time student and feel i need to vent perhaps, relax and not stress out as much but at the same time know that i need to do well this first year in community college. So to all the community college students out there or tranfers....should i be freaking out this much?

of course freaking out is ok. transferring from a c.college to a university is stressful. first though, good luck in transferring to usc i know its tough. your gpa is great, but is there anything else your into??? selection processes are different from univerisity to university. but if you have over 1000 people applying to get in with all the same gpa, they look for other criteria to pick who'll they'll let in. so hopefully you've got some work/community service, special awards, leadership positions to make you stand out more. but as for that math test, study hard but dont exhaust yourself to the point where you cant think anymore. im going to transfer soon and i have a gpa of 3.8 and community service and a leadership position in a club on campus. you can say all my extra-cirrcular activites are extra sprinkles on my college application cake.

good luck on your test. study hard, but dont kill yourself of course. you'll do just fine.

I know exactly how you feel. Exactly lol im also going to transpher to usc and have a gpa of 3.8 to 4.0 (damn you calc teacher if I dont get a 4.0) and IM freaking out to I want to do engineering but what type will my credits transpher properly who knows but im going to schedule an oppointment with sc soon you should too. youll do fine.
