I'm currently married. If my wife defaults on her credit obligations, will this ruin my credit? My credit is perfect and I'm afraid if my wife defaults, they'll put the accounts on my credit report.
Also, what if my wife files bankruptcy, will the bankruptcy show up on my credit? Can the creditors come after me after my wife files bankruptcy?
We live in a community property/community debt state (washington)
